While Mississippians are showing their support for Thad Cochran, out-of-state groups that don’t care about Mississippi continue to  into our state to prop up their candidate, Chris McDaniel.

These groups are  and receive their financial backing from places like California and New York, not Mississippi.

Chris McDaniel clearly is more interested in doing the bidding of these groups than doing what is best for Mississippi, which is why he said “” about supporting Katrina relief legislation, saying it would have been a “difficult vote to cast.”

These are all more reasons why the choice in this election is clear. Thad Cochran is a strong, conservative voice for Mississippi. He’s never embarrassed us, and he always puts Mississippi first. Chris McDaniel has proven he will say or do anything to cater to his out-of-state campaign backers.
